immomaxx® will ease the way into your new independence for you. immomaxx® Germany works with financial advisers and banks for the financing of start-ups. immomaxx® franchise partners can realize their independence simply and without a large loss of time.
4. Contract conclusion
In a personal interview, we will discuss all aspects of our franchise concept with you and answer all of your questions. Moreover, we will assist you with your questions concerning financing and the business plan creation. If we then decide jointly on a franchise partnership, this will be done by signing the immomaxx® franchise contract. Hereafter you will receive your operating manuals and begin locating a realty center.
5. Locating and setting-up a realty center
After signing the franchise agreement, you will establish your own realtor's center in a preferred location with a standardized office. immomaxx® will assist you with the search for a suitable office for your immomaxx® realty center in a top-notch location and with the leasing negotiations. Afterwards, we will discuss your ideas regarding the office layout with you. You will be extensively supported by us in the final arrangements of your new immomaxx® realty center with its Italian Espresso Bar.
6. Now the training for the franchise partner begins.
These two, 2-day seminars will take place in the immomaxx® service headquarters in Cologne. In order to round out your education for your new business, an intensive on-the-job-training will occur on location at your immomaxx® realty center.
